The developers wanting to build a new estate on the old school field between Coventry Lane and Latimer Drive have submitted new revised plans. the now propose a development containing 470 new houses, but with a drainage scheme that runs through Latimer Drive and beyond. I have asked for a printed copy of the plans so that I can examine them properly but they can be seen on the councils website at Broxtowe Planning. I would welcome hearing the views of local residents about these proposals so that I can ensure that these are properly put forward at the planning meeting when they are considered.
